Lost once again during shipping and have to be re-routed back to me. Super frustrating!!
I don’t know what it is about whatever local post office this place uses but they can’t get packages on the correct trucks to save their lives!!! 7-10 times my order is sent somewhere else and has to be re routed back to me which takes days longer then it should. The stones are always beautiful but I sure wish they’d do something else for shipping.
I bought a used dress for a gala I have to attend. It was missing rhinestones and I couldn't find the right color or size anywhere. I am so grateful because be createful had so many options (including the color I needed) and shipped quickly. Super happy and will order/recommend for any rhinestone needs!
