Staff was very helpful when I called with a question. We received the product in a few days. We used their product in place of Swarovski crystals for a project and the cost was VASTLY less and the sheet size was much better for our use and the product was in stock!
Made a mask using about 5600 rhinestones. 2300pcs FLATBACK LUXE® Topaz AB Rhinestones and 2300pcs FLATBACK CHAMELEON Siam Rhinestones. 1% of chameleon rhinestones were defective in some way (silver in color or chipped).
