Be Createful Return Policy

At Be Createful, we truly appreciate and value our customers. As a family-owned and operated company, we stand behind all of our products and customers. 

 
To keep up with rising costs and maintain our affordable prices, we have had to make a tough decision. We will not accept returns or exchanges.
 
Unfortunately, about 70% of the returns previously accepted arrived damaged. The damage occurred because care wasn't taken when packaging the products for return. We can't resell those damaged products, which increases costs for our customers. 
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but to keep our prices as affordable as possible, this decision must be made. 
 
Please double-check your order to ensure you receive the products you want.

 

Undeliverable Merchandise

Packages returned due to refusal, return, or undeliverability can be reshipped once additional transportation costs have been processed.
