Return Policy

At Be Createful we truly appreciate and value our customers. As a family-owned and operated company, we stand behind all of our products and customers. 

In order to keep up with increasing costs and maintain our affordable prices, we have had to make a tough decision. We will no longer be accepting returns/exchanges indefinitely.

Unfortunately, about 70% of the returns previously accepted arrived damaged. The damage happened due to care not being taken when packaging the products for return. We are unable to resell those products, which increases costs for our customers. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but in order to keep our prices as affordable as possible, this is a decision that must be made.
